Today we saw the movie "Disconnect", the main subject is about being dependent of the internet and having contact with strangers (that may not exist) over chatting on the internet. The movie contains multiple happenings that can happen, if you give away your personal information or if you gets in a personal relationship with someone you don't know, in the worst case. It can really be dangerous to be too personal on the internet and its important to be especially careful with pictures, think about it twice befor you press the "publish" or "send" button. Even though you delete the picture is already out there and it will always be. Almost every happening in this movie is lifethreatening for the person it involves. In my opinion, this movie is a real eye-opener.
The elements in the movie are familirar, you hear about tragedies happening where the reason is bullying over the internet, often in the news. This has luckily never happened to someone close to me.
But even though these happening maybe have happened, the film is very dramatic because they have assembled the worst stories together.
I really liked the film, even though it is dramatic, it's still realistic and it makes you think about what you are doing and be more careful. The movie contains three different happenings but you get to know the persons in the story very well so its easy to separate them.
The scene in the movie that made the deepest impression on me was when Ben's sister yells at him to turn down the music, opens his door and sees whats happened.

Global issues
The technology is developing all the time, that can eventually leed to less places of employment. For example the technician will slowly die out. Together with the developing of the technology our lives are getting easier and easier to live. We can shop both groceries, things and clothes while we are stuck in the traffic or waiting on a train. We can easier multitask now, most of us are owning multiple electric devices as phones, tablets, laptops, pc's and TV's.
But the developing isn't just positive, we're sitting more through out the day. Children want to play on their phones or watch TV instead of going outdoor with friends and play. We are using more time inside our houses because we don't necessarly need to for example go out to buy things in the store.
I think this progress is both positive and negative, we have to think about how we use the technology and still try to remain an active everyday.

1. Do you think the colonies had good reason to declare Independence? Why?
- Yes, if I was a colonist I would definitely declare independence because I would rather pay taxes to my own community than to an other country who actually earn money because we payed them.
2. Should one country be able to colonize another? When should a colony be granted Independence?
- I don't think a country should be able to colonize another because in every case this has happened the power has been abused. I think that if England had helped people with moving to the US the only fair thing to do would've been to pay them a reasonable sum to thank them. I'm totally against the regime that England and other countries runned.
3. The Bill of Rights guarantees Americans "the right to bear arms". Many Americans still feel this is important for personal safety and in case they need to revolt against their own government, They argue that the Minutemen and the local militias only won the fight for Independence beacause they had firearms.
What do you think?
Should everyone have the right to bear arms? All kinds of arms?
- I think that the socitey would be safer if only educated people like the police and the military bear arms and not everyone else. If everyone had the right to bear arms, we're not just giving the right to normal people but also criminals. In my opinion school-massacres are happening way to often in the US and i don't think the number would've been that high if every person had the right to bear arms.
4. If you were to present your nation's history in the same way as above, which events would you choose? Why?
- List the events and write a couple of sentences about them.
- It was actually a 10 years old boy that drew the Norwegian flag, but his dad is getting the honor of it because it was him that showed the proposal for the government.
- When the 2. worldwar started, Norway declared to be neutral and not participate in the war. But after a year our got attacked by German troops.
